The only bad thing about "steak day" is that long wait you have to cut into that big juicy steak at the end of the day. For me, that longing was extended yesterday as I stayed to announce Liberty's baseball game, so I did not get to eat the steak until after 10pm. That made for a long day and lots of water. However, the steak was delicious and did the trick as I lost two pounds and am back to 171lbs. So now I'm back to the maintenance meals again in hopes to stabilize at this weight. Here is what the "steak day" consisted of:
Lunch: hard boiled eggs and an apple
Dinner: 12oz grilled top sirloin steak and an apple.
