Jim's P90X Page

Ok, so I got started on the P90X training program yesterday, August 1st.  I really like the science and thinking behind the program.  There are twelve separate workouts that are divided into three 30-day phases.  The variety will not allow your muscles to get "used" to certain activities and movements, instead confuses them and requiring them to work harder.  I am anxious to see my results over the next 90 days.  I will be checking in periodically giving you updates on how it is going.  The program ask you to take a "before" picture prior to starting the workout, so I will humbly post my pathetic before pic here so you can see for yourself how effective the program is.  If you are intersted in doing the P90X or any other Beachbody products, let me know because I am now a distributor of those products as well.  Keep checking back and I will review other products such as the Shakeology protein shakes.
